FERPA Consent: While FERPA consent is voluntary, please make certain the FERPA consent forms have been submitted to the parents/guardians of all youth served and that youth profiles are updated in Cityspan to demonstrate the actual number of consents on file. This is necessary for the OST Office to obtain data from OSSE to assess the demographics of the youth our grant-funded programs serve.
